Originally born in Elmira, NY, Paul and Melissa are newcomers to Tennessee. They start their TN real estate career after finishing schooling at the D&D School of Realty. Now, they are proud to hold the title of Realtor. Paul and Melissa come to Tennesse with their daughter by way of Florida. They recently left Florida for the scenery of Elizabethton after selling their home outside St. Augustine.
Paul grew up an only child, but has two step-siblings he is very close to(one sister and one brother) and a very extensive family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He spent the majority of his childhood in Millport, NY, but frequented Breesport, NY where some of his cousins lived.
Melissa spent most of her youth in Breesport, NY where she lived with her aunt, uncle, and cousins. She is the second oldest of five children( one brother and three sisters).
Although, they had met before as children the sparks never flew until they were older. After that, you could say "the rest was history". They got married in April, 2005 and was blessed with the birth of their daughter in November, 2006.
Although new to real estate, these two have had experience in different areas that specially suit them for the challenges.
Paul has worked in several areas including auto repair, warehouse, and customer service. He has also worked in sales and construction. His last job was at St. Johns County Utilities where he gained a unique knowledge of water and sewer systems as well as easments. Melissa has worked extensively in the health care field as a CNA and personnel director. She learned the particulars of inter-office workings as personnel director and scheduler for her nursing home. She also learrned the delicacies of human relations while dealing with families and their loved ones.
These two like to work together and are good at it!
